Customer paid using ACH and money supposed to be in account by 2/28/20 and it’s not there?

Generally, ACH payments take 5 business days to process and be deposited to your bank account.  The banks don't consider weekends as business days, so if you process an ACH transaction on a Thursday or Friday, that will account for a longer deposit time, as indicated in @vpcontroller's response.
