Currently, we've updated our support experience, and the best way to reach our Support Team is by opening QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) application through the Help menu.
Before anything else, you can also share your concern here with the Community. I'd be happy to help you with that.
Though, I'll make sure that you'll get in touch with our Phone Support. You can request a call back from them by following the steps below.
Here's how:
- Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Continue.
- Choose to Get a callback.
Please know that due to COVID-19, our staffs are limited and have shortened our support hours to 6 AM-6 PM PT from Monday-Friday. We'll resume our regular hours as soon as possible.
