As mentioned above, it's possible a discount may have expired, therefore changing your monthly subscription. To find out for sure, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Support Team. Agents have the necessary tools to view all of your account details. They'll be able to tell you why the charge amount is different. Here's how to get in touch:
1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a call back at a time that's convenient for you.
