Hi there, @sumbum82.
I appreciate the screenshot that you've provided. Let's get this statement concern sorted out and get you back to business.
Is this happening to a specific customer? If so, we can go ahead and run the verify and rebuild data process to better isolate this matter. The Verify data identifies the most commonly known data issues within a company file while rebuilding data resolves most data integrity issues that the Verify Data finds.
Here's how:
- Click on File at the top menu bar.
- Select on Utilities.
- Click on Rebuild Data.
- Select OK when you see Rebuild has completed.
Once done, you can proceed with verifying the data:
- Click on File.
- Select on Utilities.
- Click on Verify Data.
- If you see QuickBooks detected no problem with your data, select OK. You may continue using your company file.
For detailed steps about this process, please refer to this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1501314.
However, if the issue still occurs after performing these steps, you can try using the QuickBooks Diagnostic tool to check and fix issues with your company file. For more information on how to do that, please check out this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1436686.
That should guide you on your way to successfully fix your customers' statement and balance issue.
Please know that the Community has your back should you have any questions. Have a great day!
