Yes, you have the option to hide the accounts with zero balances. It would be my pleasure to walk you through the step-by-step instructions to create a Balance Forward statement for customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You can follow these steps:
- Go to + New.
- Then select Statement.
- Choose Balance Forward in the Statement Type drop-down.
- Select the date range of the transactions that will be included.
- Under Customer Balance Status, choose Open in the drop-down menu.
- Click Apply. It will show the Recipients List.
- Click Save and close.
