We have an open investigation where some customers aren’t able to process payments through e-invoices with QuickBooks Online. Our banking engineers are working to fix this error as soon as possible.
Our team has not announced a specific time-frame for the complete fix, but rest assured cases like this are taken with urgency and high regard. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified of any updates on the progress of the investigation via email.
Here’s how to contact our customer support.
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right corner.
3. Select Contact Us with our live support agent.
Great job of using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. You can try signing into your QuickBooks Online using a private browser. Doing so prevents the website from using cookies stored on the computer.
In the meantime, you can use the IOS platform as a workaround.
Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated. Feel free to drop a comment below if you need further assistance.
As temporary option, utilize the 3rd party payment service for invoicing.
