Customers can't pay through QB Payments using Google Chrome

Got this email from a Customer:
Sending this note in case you are interested in knowing:  Intuit/QB suggested that I notify vendor (you) that your customer (me) is unable to process an invoice using Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, as suggested.  Apparently they have an existing glitch in their system where payment cannot be processed/completed for e-invoices.  If they receive enough “tickets” they will get around to creating a fix sooner – so they tell me.  In any case, I once again needed to switch to an IOS platform and was able to work around the problem to process payment on invoice.

How can I "open the ticket"?

Customers can't pay through QB Payments using Google Chrome

Hi there, @stmservices.

We have an open investigation where some customers aren’t able to process payments through e-invoices with QuickBooks Online. Our banking engineers are working to fix this error as soon as possible.

Our team has not announced a specific time-frame for the complete fix, but rest assured cases like this are taken with urgency and high regard. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Team to add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll be notified of any updates on the progress of the investigation via email.

Here’s how to contact our customer support.

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Help (?) at the top right corner.
3. Select Contact Us with our live support agent.

Great job of using Internet Explorer and Google Chrome. You can try signing into your QuickBooks Online using a private browser. Doing so prevents the website from using cookies stored on the computer.

In the meantime, you can use the IOS platform as a workaround.

Your patience and cooperation are highly appreciated. Feel free to drop a comment below if you need further assistance.

@stmservices ,

As temporary option, utilize the 3rd party payment service for invoicing.
