My year-end bar graph does not match my P&L. For example, for Sept. the bar graph shows $2k for expenses but the P&L shows $22k and that is correct. The Intuit reps have sent me several articles but they don't address this specific issue.

Hi there, @IBCdm,

Thanks for visiting our forum and for giving us the opportunity to lend a helping hand! I can share some updates about the Expense graphs showing incorrect amounts.

Our Support Team recently tag this as an ongoing issue in QuickBooks Online. They are already working to implement a fix for this unexpected behavior.

While they do, it is best to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support so they can add you to our notification lists of affected users. There they can provide you additional workarounds to complete your work temporarily.

Here's how to contact us:

  1. On your QBO account, click the (?) Help menu.
  2. Hit the Contact Us button.

That should get you to connected to our live support peers, @IBCdm. You can have our representatives add you to the investigation number  INV-24427. Once added, you'll get live email notifications when an update is available.

Please let me know if you need further assistance with QuickBooks. Click the Reply button below and I'll be glad to get back to you. Have a great day!
