The option to filter the Profit and Loss report by class is applicable in QuickBooks Online Plus and Advanced. That said, we're unable to do it in essentials since the class feature is available on the other QuickBooks plan.

Currently, the ability to customize Profit and Loss reports with its YTD Budget, annual, over and percentage of the budget is unavailable.
