I'm here to give details about how you can customize your daily sales items report in QuickBooks Online(QBO).
In QBO, you'll have the option to customize your report. You can run Sales by Product/Service Detail report. Then, you can customize it by Transaction Type(Invoice). QuickBooks will pull up base on the transaction date.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Sales by Product/Service Details report.
- Click Customize.
- Enter the reporting period you want to show on the report.
- In the Rows/Columns dropdown, checkmark the Product/Service, Created By, and Last-Modified.
- In the Filter dropdown, choose Invoice in the Transaction Type.
- Hit Run report.
If you want the item logs, just like when the items are added in the sales transactions. Currently, the option isn't available yet in QBO. Instead, you can use the Audit Log to check for changes or activities made on the account.
