Date changing is not saving

I can share troubleshooting steps so you can save date changes, @shawndavelez1.

May I know if you've encountered any error messages when saving the changes? I'd appreciate it if you can provide more info about this so I can give you an accurate resolution to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company using a private browser. This prevents storing cache and cookies that might cause problems when running websites.

Below are the shortcut keys you can use:

  • Google Chrome: click Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: hit Command + Shift + N

Once signed in, change the date again and save.

If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This will remove the stored cache or cookies to refresh your browser's background process. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser. It could be that the one you're currently using has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Here's a great source where you can find articles that can help you in managing your books in QuickBooks, please visit our QBO help articles page. This includes topics such as reconciliation, track income and expenses, run reports, etc.

That's it! You'll now be able to save the date changes. Let me know how this goes. I'm here if you need further assistance. Have a good one.
