Thank you for reaching out to the Community. A report is a set of instructions that QuickBooks uses to display data from your company file. The Custom reports are unable to delete. However, you can customize according to the user's needs. Here's how:
- Click the Report menu.
- Choose Custom reports, select either Summary or Transaction details.
- Press Customize Report.
- Customize the report from the Display and Filters tab in the Modify Report window
- Hit OK once done.
