Re: deposits missing from reconciliation

Hi, BCF1.

It seems like this is a duplicate post. My colleague already responds to your first post through this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-us/banking/where-are-my-deposits-that-are-not-showing...

Have a good one.

Re: deposits missing from reconciliation

Hi there, @BCF1,

Welcome back to our forums. I can share additional insights on how to resolve the missing deposits issue when reconciling an account.

First, let's make sure you're using the correct date on the Reconcile page. This will help display all the transactions within that period.

Additionally, transactions that have already been reconciled are excluded from the reconciliation page. You can review the register and check if it is showing an (Reconciled) status. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Tap Chart of Accounts.
  3. Find the account you want to review.
  4. From the Action column, click View register.
  5. From the reconcile status column (indicated by a check mark), click the box multiple times to update the codes on the transaction:
    • C - Cleared
    • - Reconciled
    • Blank - Not cleared or reconciled
  6. Click Save.
  7.

Here's how it looks like in QBO:

Please let me know how it goes in the comment section below. I'll be waiting for your response. Have a good one!
