Description not printing in estimates / invoices???

Welcome back to the Community, @mmc4533.

It's possible that the description box is not checked in the estimate/invoice template that you're using in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If that's the case, here's how to do it:

  1. In QBO, go to the Gear icon at the top right to get to the Custom Form Styles.
  2. Locate the estimate or invoice template that you're using and tick Edit under Action column.
  3. In the Content tab, click the Edit (pencil) icon in the middle.
  4. Place a checkmark on the Description box in the Edit Labels and Widths section.
  5. Hit Done to save.

After that, try to print a test estimate or invoice to double-check. Refer to this article for further guidance: Email or print multiple invoices and sales forms.

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
