Join nowI did not order Quickbooks, but charged for it on my Discovery Card. I actually spoke to someone there and he worked on my non-account on the computer and sent me an Email that the issue was "resolved", however the $399.99 taken out of my account has not been replaced. I have a case number for it, but I am unable to get him back via the so-called customer service number (as the support does not have a human option and I had to sign up just to make this blog happen), I would like to be contacted so we can resolve this error.
