Direct dceposit is not an option for payment in bill pay all of the sudden. How can I get that option back?

Hey januari-marberry. There's a chance you haven't received the latest payroll update and this is causing you to no longer have the direct deposit option. Follow the steps below to check your payroll tax table for updates.

Download the latest payroll update in QuickBooks Desktop

1. Go to the Employees menu
2. Select Get Payroll Updates.
3. Select the Download Entire Update checkbox.
4. Select Download Latest Update. A window appears when the download is complete.

After that, try to see if the option appears again for the direct deposit payment. If there are any other questions, let me know.
