Are you trying to sign up for a new QuickBooks Online subscription and want to discuss the monthly billing? If so, you can find pricing details, FAQs and other information here:


If you're looking to get your QuickBooks Online subscription payment or billing history, access it in your Account and settings. Here's how: 


  1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings
  2. Go to the Billing and Subscription tab.
  3. Click the View Payment History hyperlink.



Lastly, if you're looking to discuss the charges on your billing statement, I'd recommend contacting our support. We're unable to pull up the account details in a public space, and we want to make sure your data is safe. Our phone agents have the tools to review the breakdown of your charges. 


Here's how to contact them: 


  1. Click the Help icon. 
  2. Proceed with the Contact us button.
  3. In the box, enter something like "I want to discuss my billing statement" or anything similar.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Get a call

This my 5th attempt. I have been double-billed once for 10.98 and now 21.98

I would like to know why. Get a refund
