Hi,
I don't carry a PayPal balance and do not receive any business payments thru PayPal. I'm an S-corp and only use PayPal to make purchases on websites securely. All the charges are debited from my checking account linked to QB. Can I just skip connecting PayPal and worrying about the duplicate transactions etc? Thanks for your help! B
You can signup for a separate Melio account for free to integrate with QBO and pay your bills with credit cards.
I'm glad you came here for support, BobiKG.
May I know if you're using the PayPal bank, Connect to PayPal or Sync with PayPal app? If it's a bank, you can just skip connecting to Paypal. If you see any duplicate you can just exclude/delete those.
You have the option to exclude those transactions so you can still have them at a later time or permanently delete them.
Here's how to exclude transactions:
The excluded transactions are listed on the Excluded tab for reference or review.
You may find this article handy to learn more about the process of excluding downloaded transactions in QBO.
If you wish to permanently delete them, you can follow the steps below:
You can also check this article for your future reference about adding and matching downloaded banking transactions: Add and match downloaded banking transactions.

However, if it's the app, you can check the apps menu and make sure to disable it. This way, it will stop downloading transactions.
