Before setting them up, check with your bank first and see how they send the downloaded transactions. If they are imported to the individual accounts, link the sub-accounts and not the parent account.
However, if the transactions are downloaded to one account, connect only the parent account. Check out this link on how to set up a bank or credit card account with multiple sub-accounts.
