Does anyone else have trouble creating an estimate for a new job? In the Customer drop down on the estimate, the new job I created simply doesn't exist.

I've tried deleting the job and re-creating it. No change. I've tried it on the desktop app and in the browser. Still nothing. I've tried it from the transactions quick link and I've tried it from the green drop down button. Sometimes It works sometimes it doesn't. Haven't figured out why...

Nevermind, just have to refresh the page apparently. ...kind of annoying, but at least it works. I'm definitely having trouble adjusting to all the glitchy online quickbooks quirks. Things were so much smoother in the desktop version. Why haven't they fixed that kind of thing? Intuit is a big name and they have had the online version up and running for long enough, you would think it would be smoother than it is.

Great to hear you're able to create estimates by refreshing the page, @userheather.

The QBO app collects cache files that help to save you time while browsing. Sometimes, these files can become outdated or corrupted, causing issues like the one with your estimates.

Here's an article with the steps on how you can reset them: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

We also have a guide on troubleshooting browsing problems and project FAQs that I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has information and steps that'll guide you through fixing related to browser and projects.

Let me know if you have other questions or concerns, we're here to lend a hand. Thanks for coming by and I wish you have a nice day ahead.
