We're unable to provide you a phone number to speak to us. Thus, we’ve improved the process of reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team, you can reach one of our agents by going to the Assistant menu.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Assistant menu.
  2. In the Type something field, enter Talk to a human, then click the send icon.
  3. Type in your concern.
  4. Click the I still need a human button.
  5. Select the Get a callback option.

 

Though aside from phone support, you can also share your concern with us, and we'll help you out.

 

Additionally, I encourage checking our Help articles page for reference in managing your QuickBooks Self-Employed account. From there, you can browse articles that can guide you in completing your future task.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of this HORRIBLE customer service?

No. This is the WORST company for customer service I have EVER encountered. I am the primary contact for our company. I need to update our payment information but their website has the account so screwed up that it actually shows me as two separate people and I do not have the ability to update the payment information. It says I need to request permission from the primary contact  (me) but I  AM the primary contact. I cannot get a real person to speak with at all. It just keeps referring me to desk top help topics. I hate Intuit.
