Hello lakesidediesel,
Currently, we have an on-going issue where QuickBooks Online users can't upload their company logo.
But I've got a workaround for you. Let's access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through an incognito browser and upload the logo from there. Here's how to start browsing through incognito:
- Google Chrome: press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
Then, follow the steps below to upload your company logo.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings under Your Company.
- Click on Company tab at the left pane.
- You can add a logo under Company name.
If this works, this means that you just need to clear your browser's cache to offload some data from your browser. Sometimes, it keeps either too many or outdated Internet files that may cause websites, like QBO, to act weirdly.
If you get the same result, let's try using a different browser, then try to upload the logo again.
You can refer to this article for more information: How to add, Customize, and Troubleshoot Logo on Sales Forms.
Also, I encourage contacting our QuickBooks Customer Care so they can add your account to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive an email regarding the issue once updates become available.
