Are you referring to the content of the email? If so, let's check the way you customize the estimate template. We have to make sure that we've selected the Full details option. This is how to check it:
Click the Gear icon and select Custom Form Styles.
Locate the template you're using and click on Edit.
Go to the Emails tab. Select Full details.
Hit Done to save it.
This won't affect the previous estimates. The changes only apply to the future estimates you'll create. Once done, send a sample email to yourself to test if everything looks good.
