Does quickbooks have the option of a customers average daily balance?

I am wanting to get customer daily average account balances.  I do not find a current report for this.

Hello there, Barbie6201!

I know a way on how you can review your customers daily account balances.

You can run the Open Invoice report and then filter the Dates to your preferred dates. Let me guide you with these steps:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. On the Customers & Receivables section, select Open Invoices.
  3. Select Custom on the Dates field and then filter the report period.

Also, if you want to let your customers pay their balances online, you can take and process payments online. Here's an article as your guide: Send online invoices in QuickBooks Desktop.

I'm just around if ever there's anything that I can help with taking and sending payments. Have a good one!

@Adrian_A

The open invoices report does not show an average daily balance.

Consider having a BI app as a workaround.

You can run ‘Customer Balance Summary’ report and select Dates and frequency you’d like to see, as follows:

  1. Click the Reports menu.
  2. From the Customers & Receivables section, select Customer Balance Summary.
  3. Select the Dated in the Dates field (marked in Blue below).
  4. Select how detailed you want the report to be (marked in Yellow), it can be by month, week or even by day.
