Double billing from intuit

I am getting multiple charges on my credit card for one company (quickbooks online) no one to contact and no one responding. frustration as I cannot cancel my account company is operational and now with this COVID 19 economic situation I am trying to keep afloat and pay my employees.... does anyone know how i can contact them. I am based in kuwait...

We want you to get the right support in regards to your subscription charges in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to contact our QuickBooks Care Team.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks company, go to the ? Help icon.
  2. Select the Contact US button.
  3. Enter in the search box, "Multiple charges in QBO subscription."
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Choose to Get a callback or Chat.
  6. Follow the on-screen instruction to finish the transaction.

 

Also, due to COVID-19, we have limited staffing and have reduced our support hours to 6 A.M. to 6 P.M. Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday. We will resume normal hours as soon as possible.

Hello, For some reason I was double charged $13.55 1-19-21 WHY???
