I have what appears to be a duplicate donation on Non-Profit Premier. When I try to delete it QuickBooks tells me that I need to delete the deposit. The only problem is that it does not appear to be on any deposit. The only thing different on the report is that Clr is checked??? How do I delete this duplicate deposit?
The problem was I did not know where the deposit was make, I must have put in the incorrect date on the deposit. So I did a "Sales Receipt History" (Donation) and found the date that the deposit was really made. Then I deleted the deposit and then the donation. The Sales Receipt History is a NEAT feature that I had never used before. THANKS!
