Email invoice that used to go, but now it doesn't, can we find out why it's not going?

Thanks for coming to the Community for your email invoice concern, @krystalklearpool

It could be that the online delivery for your sales forms is off. Hence, it's not sending it. Let's verify your QuickBooks Online is set up, and ensure it is the Online invoice is selected.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to the Sales tab, then to the Online delivery section.
  4. Under Additional email options for invoices, select Online invoice.
  5. Click Save and Done.

I appreciate all your efforts in trying to resolve your concern, CCuyler. Let me shed some light on the issue.

Some users have reported that they're unable to email invoices. We’ve identified the source of the issue and are working to fix it. We’ll share updates on our progress.

Alternatively, you can download the invoices as a PDF and attach them to an email outside of QuickBooks Online (QBO). To keep you in the loop on the progress of the investigation, click here

I appreciate your patience while we're working on this. Feel free to visit the Community again if you have other product-related concerns. I'd be delighted to respond to them.
