I'm trying to send a statement to a customer via email.  I try to set up my email.  It says I have to log into Intuit.  It shows the email for the last person that worked here and won't let me change the email.  I'm so frustrated!!  I shouldn't have to print and scan to send this document but I can't get it work.  I have an Intuit account for myself, but don't see any where in there to fix this problem.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community. Let me help guide you in the right direction in changing your company email so you can send your statement successfully.


You'll need to change your company email account that was logged in to CAMPS to be able to log in to Intuit. Just go to the Company menu and select My Company.  Then click the Manage Your Account tab. You will then be routed to the Intuit account login page.

Once you have successfully logged in, you should be able to email your statement to your customer. You can check this article for more information: QuickBooks Email Login has changed.
