Yes, you can get your employee's hour by exporting a payroll report to Excel.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Select Employees & Payroll.
- Select More Payroll Reports in Excel to choose Employee Time and Cost.
- From the Excel, enter the appropriate date in the From and To field.
- Click the Create Report button.

Aside from that, you can also export the other reports to Excel such as your employee's sick and vacation history and the list of direct deposits.
