Enter expense paid partially from paid in capital and partially from business checking account.

Using QB Mac Desktop 2020.

I am a single-member LLC with an S-corp election.

I have 3 items I need to enter for 2019 but I want to be sure I do it properly.

1) New computer purchase on a personal credit card (bc it offered 18 months 0% interest). I paid the personal cc off with my personal bank account (by mistake) in 1 payment.

2) My Costco membership paid on another personal card (bc Costco only accepts Visa and my professional card is MC). I also made a mistake by paying this off with a personal bank account as well.

3) And a 3rd office supplies purchase at Costco on personal Visa. Paid off partially with a personal account, then realized the mistake and paid off the rest with business checking.

I know some will be Paid in Capital. I'm not sure about where to "offset" things. . .my CPA mentioned this. I do most of my own books to save $$ bc it's usually very simple. This year is the exception with these 3 items.

I have registers for each personal credit card, my professional business card, my business checking account (but not my personal one at this point).

On the Enter Credit Card Charges window, I need to know what to put for Payee (I am assuming for the Computer that would be "Apple Computers", then what to put for Account (would it be Computer and Internet equipment, or Paid In Capital? Or would the Paid In Capital be the offset, and if so, where??).

Do I do anything in the General Journal?

I appreciate any help here y'all,

Jon

Should I be getting a proactive call from support? I just received a call from somebody claiming to be "QuickBooks support", but I never called them. I hung up.

Assuming that QB won't just reach out like that.
