Enter Sales on Outside platform?? (Chairish in my case)

You can manually enter the transaction, so you can easily account for the fees and commission. To get started, you'll have to create an invoice for the sales and process receive payment. Let me show you how.

1. Select + New, then select Invoice.
2. From the Customer ▼ dropdown, select a customer. 
3. Enter the necessary details.
4. Select Save and send.

Then, record the invoice payments that you've created so it will show the original sales price. For more information, see this article: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

 Once done, make a bank deposit and create a negative amount on the Add funds to this deposit column to balance what you receive in your Paypal account.

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation pane, go to +New.
2. Under Other select Bank deposit.
3. Put a checkmark on the checkbox beside the Payment to be deposited.
4. In the Add funds to this deposit, enter the negative amount.
5. Click Save and close.
