Estimate not converting to invoice.

The best course of action right now would be to troubleshoot with these steps below. 

Use Google Chrome

• Google Chrome works the best with QuickBooks products as it is the fastest and simplest to use, if you do not have it, I have the download link attached here. 

Run in an incognito window

• Try using an incognito tab as it often fixes the issue. Here's a step-by-step instruction on how to do that.   

Clear Cache and Cookies

• Lastly, try clearing your Cache and cookies. This step will delete unwanted data that can be stored in your computer. Here's how. 

When you finish these troubleshooting steps, try converting your estimates into an invoice now and see if it works. If not, let us know and we'll go from there.
