The option to add the Service Date and the detailed Product/Service on the report is unavailable. We'll have to manually open the transaction for us to know it. We can pull up the estimate's audit history for us to see both the service date and item.
Let's pull up the Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer report, Then, follow these steps:
- Filter the Report Period.
- Click on the first estimate.
- Select More at the bottom of the Estimate window.
- Click Audit history.
I'll surely send this suggestion of yours to our engineers so they can add the service date and product/service column on customer reports.
