Estimates & Progress Invoicing by Product/Service Detail

I'm looking for an Estimates & Progress Invoicing report that shows Product/Service details.

My company sells advertising and so we often sell services that we don't deliver for months. I need to be able to run reports for what we have sold for future months. For example, I need to see how much in banner ad sales we've sold for next quarter.

The tricky thing is individual estimates often contain different items for different months. So an estimate might have banner advertising for second quarter and email advertising for third quarter, which I need to be able to reports on separately. Within an estimate we notate this using progress invoicing and the "Service Date" column. However, I can't find a report that utilizes the Service Date of items in estimates.

Is there a way to run a report of items on estimates filtered by Service Date?

Hello there, Mike_Wilhelm.

The option to add the Service Date and the detailed Product/Service on the report is unavailable. We'll have to manually open the transaction for us to know it. We can pull up the estimate's audit history for us to see both the service date and item.

Let's pull up the Estimates & Progress Invoicing Summary by Customer report, Then, follow these steps:

Filter the Report Period.
Click on the first estimate.
Select More at the bottom of the Estimate window.
Click Audit history.

I'll surely send this suggestion of yours to our engineers so they can add the service date and product/service column on customer reports.
