Every check from an account has the same payee and category. Can a set a rule for this instead of entering for each check?

We can definitely set banking rules to apply it to related transactions, capersrandb. 

 

Through the Bank rules option, we automatically categorize transactions for you base from the conditions we set. I'll show you how to create one. 

 

Let's hover our mouse to the Banking menu. 

  1. Select the Rules.
  2. At the upper-right, click New rule
  3. Enter a name for the rule and select the correct conditions. 
  4. We can toggle the Automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to option, any transactions on the For Review tab that meet the conditions are automatically added to our register. 
  5. Click Save
