Expenditure Report by Country

Another year working on information for the 990 and what would be so helpful would be a report of expenditures sorted by country in which the expense occurred.  Any thoughts about how to create one?

Welcome to the Community forum, @nsehnert.

 

To create the report you need, you can run the Purchases by Location Detail. It would show all your purchases grouped by location. 

 

Here's how to pull up the report:

  1. In the left menu, click Reports
  2. Go to the Expenses and vendors section and select Purchases by Location Detail
  3. Set the Report period
  4. Choose Location in the Group by field. 
  5. Hit Run report

It would be nice if you add a location to the vendor.  That would be my one request so that I wouldn't have to keep adding it each time I used the same vendor.

I know how beneficial it is to your business to automatically add the location feature to the vendor's profile. At this time, we can only add the Location field on forms so you can assign transactions to different locations.
