I'll take this as you're referring to the Expense transaction that does not show on your expense list or either you're unable to create transactions through the Expense tab. If any of these fits your concern, I would like to inform you that there's an ongoing issue about this.
With that said, you can contact our phone support so your company name will be added to the list of those affected users. Here's how:
Click the ?Help icon and then Contactus.
In the What can we help you with? field, enter a brief discussion of your concern.
Then, click Let's talk.
Choose a way you'll want to contact us.
Continue with the on-screen instruction.
On the other hand, if none of these is your concern, you can do some basic cache troubleshooting. This cache can be the reason for some browser issues. You can start by using a private or incognito window. This private window makes your browser to load lighter.
If it works, you can go back to your main browser and then clear its cache. You can also use a different browser if this private window will not work.
