Hi there, brandzel.

You can contact our QuickBooks Online support team to link your account to the ongoing issue. They have the resources to look into your account and give you further instructions on how they’ll send updates.

I also am experiencing this issues, new install. Account is recognized in the Banking tab, but will not import into the expense tab. Has a solution been reached?
The issue mentioned above has been resolved already, NPAG.
Let's make sure to set the correct date range. When you're on the Expenses tab, click the Filter drop-down and set the correct reporting date.
If you don't have the option to filter it, create a sample or dummy expense transaction to show the filter button. Once you're able to see the list of expenses, you'll need to delete the sample one.
If the same thing happens, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to check if this a browser error. Use a private browser and check if you're able to see the expenses. It prevents from storing data about your browsing session. If it works, go back to the regular browser and clear the cache.
Also, try to use a different browser like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.

I am having the same issue. I have 5 transactions that should be showing up from the past two days and only I has shown up. So I know the account is linked correctly. I tried the filter suggestion, but again only the one transaction came up.
