The following are the lists that can be exported in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise (QBES):
As a workaround, you can generate user lists in QBES by running the Audit Trail report. This will help you review the activities made by other QuickBooks users. It tracks each user's entries as well as modified, deleted and voided transactions.
You can customize the report to the Last modified by to see the active users. Please follow the steps below:
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Select Accountant & Taxes.
- Click Audit Trail.
- To customize, select the Customize Report button.
- Specified the Date, under the Columns field put a checkmark in the Last modified by.
- Then hit OK.
Once done, export the report to excel to remove duplicates.
Here's how:
- Click the Excel drop-down arrow and choose Create New Worksheet.
- Then, open the excel file and go to the Home tab.
- From the Conditional Formatting drop-down arrow.
- Select Highlight Cells Rules and click Duplicate Values (see the screenshots below).
After that, you can print the excel file with your user lists.
