Invoices dropped are dropped when whole months date range used, but can be exported as a single record.
Error reproduced in two different Quickbook companies, locations, computer systems.
Two different users.
On-line report version is correct.
Excel exported version corrupted.
Record count in both databases less than 3000 invoices in calendar month.
Any work arounds?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support and sharing your concerns.
When you export reports from QBO to Excel, it's recommended to use 64-bit versions of Windows. This way, you can have more resources such as processing power and memory. You can check and update your info by selecting the File tab from the Excel ribbon. Then, choose the Account option and click About Excel. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

I did find the excel version is 32 bit. Therefore, will work with sysadm to upgrade. Thank you.
I used a 64 bit version of excel and it did not help. For clarification the application is Enterprise 2020 product number 194-238
