Exported Excel Version Sales By Ship to Report does NOT match on line version

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for support and sharing your concerns. 

When you export reports from QBO to Excel, it's recommended to use 64-bit versions of Windows. This way, you can have more resources such as processing power and memory. You can check and update your info by selecting the File tab from the Excel ribbon. Then, choose the Account option and click About Excel. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

If you continue to have issues, I recommend trying these workarounds:

• Copy the broken report to a new workbook
• Create a new Google Chrome user
• Use alternate browser (i.e., Mozilla Firefox)

That should do it. Please let me know if you're continuing to have issues with your exported reports.

I did find the excel version is 32 bit. Therefore, will work with sysadm to upgrade. Thank you. 

I used a 64 bit version of excel and it did not help. For clarification the application is Enterprise 2020 product number 194-238
