Express Pick Template

I copied the Intuit S.O. Exp Pick Pack Slip to edit.  Modified the new template to better serve us.  However, the program uses the Intuit form and there seems to be no way to tell the Express program to use the new form.  I tried modifying the Intuit form, but despite saving and checking, the form seems to revert back to the original each time.  Any one know how to have our new form used for Express Pick and Pack?  Thanks.

Hi there, ArtGraham. 

 

Thanks for stopping by this afternoon. My suggestion to you would be to complete the following steps, from there you should be able to use the new form for Express Pick and Pack. 

  • Sales Order Fulfillment Worksheet must be enabled in the Advanced Inventory Settings. For details, see Create a sales order.
  • For paired devices, you need to have connected a supported  bar-code scanner or Android device. To know more, see Set up and use Warehouse Manager App to link your device to the company file.
  • If you are not using a mobile scanner, you need to update the pick information manually.

Once, completed you should be able to start using the Express tab sales order fulfillment. If you're still running into issues, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team as they have tools at their disposal that allow them to diagnose issues in individual accounts and see exactly whats going on, on a much deeper level than what a public forum setting like the Community is able. To reach them,follow these steps

Has anyone figured out this template issue and how to make it pull a new one created??

I'm here to help you with your template issues and pull up a new one, @Sherri M.

 

As mentioned above, you can use the Express Pack feature to use the new form for Express Pick and Pack. If you have already completed the process and still get the same issue. we can use the verify and rebuild to self-identifies resolve the most commonly known data issues within a company file.

 

To proceed, here's how:

 

  1. Choose Window then Close All.
  2. Select File then choose Utilities
  3. Select Verify Data.
  4. Choose FileUtilities then Rebuild Data.
  5. You will receive a warning message to backup your company file, press OK.
  6. Select where you want to save your backup, then select OK at the bottom of the QuickBooks Desktop Backup window.
  7. The Rebuild Data utility starts as soon as the backup is finished.
  8. Click OK when you get the message Rebuild has completed.
