Filtering multiple values in custom reports


I am running Sales Reports by selecting Reports ->Sales->Sales by Customer Summary. Next I click Customize. I want to filter the sales report showing only selected customers. We have Filter called Cust#. QB allows me to enter only one customer number. How to build a sales report for only selected customers?

Good to see you here in QuickBooks Community. Let me help and and guide you on how to customize Sales reports in QuickBooks Desktop. 


You're on the right truck customizing the Sales Report. Let me walk you through on how to show only the selected customer: 

  1. At the top menu bar, click Reports.
  2. Select Sales.
  3. Go to Sales by Customer Summary.
  4. Click Customize Report.
  5. Choose the Filters option.
  6. On the Search Filter tab, type-in Name.
  7. Select the Name drop-down arrow. 
  8. Select your customer's name you want to show on the sales report.
