On the Profit & Loss Budget vs Actual report how do I filter the columns across the top to show only one customer job?

It's nice to have you here in the Community, @Rickd.

 

I'd be glad to help you filter the Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual report to show the transactions for only one customer job.

 

You can run the report showing the transactions for only one customer, however, it exclude the customer/job name on the report's page.

 

To filter the report showing the transactions for only one customer:

 

  1. Click on Customize Report on the report's page.
  2. Go to the Filter column.
  3. Search or look for Name.
  4. Select Multiple names.
  5. Select a customer/job you want to include.
  6. Click OK twice.
  7. Filter the dates and refresh the report.
