"Fix unapplied customer payments and credits" client data review tool in QBOA?

I recently switched from Desktop (Enterprise) to QBOA. I used the "fix unapplied customer payments and credits" client data review tool on the desktop version. I can't seem to find it in QBOA. Does it exist?

It's my priority to clear this out for you. As of the moment the "Fix unapplied customer payments and credits" isn't available in QuickBooks Online for Accountant. However, as a workaround you can check this article about Unapplied Cash Payment. Also, I'd recommend sending feedback to our product engineers to add this feature in the future update of QBOA. Here's how: 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category then select Send message.

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QBO.
