I wonder why you still need to make invoices upon receiving payment. One of the key benefits of integrating your eBay account is that transactions are automatically created in QuickBooks.
Setup is out of our scope though, but I think this is the cause of the issue. For that reason, I recommend contacting OneSaas so they can take a closer look at your setup and fix this for you. You'll find their contact details on the right side of this article: eBay Connector by Intuit.
