Welcome to the Community, @brigitewear.

Let's manually update your bank account to upload the transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Before we proceed, did you see any error message when downloading bank transactions? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

Here's how:

  1. Click Banking from the left menu.
  2. Select the appropriate bank account.
  3. At the upper right side of the page, click Update.
  4. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update.

If the issue persists after the manual update, you can read this article for more troubleshooting steps: What to do if bank transactions won’t download or there's a bank error.

You might also want to check out this article to learn how to match bank transactions: Match and categorize bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep in touch if there's anything else I can do to help you succeed with QuickBooks. I've got your back. Have a great day.
