You'll want to reset your email password first or use another email to send an invoice. And use Secure Webmail for an easier and safer connection to your email provider. Let me guide you how.
First off, you'll need to reset your email password from your email provider's website. This way, you can set up your email service with QuickBooks.
Once the password has been reset, you can now set up Secure Webmail in QuickBooks Desktop. Here's how:

Once your email address linked, you don't have to re-enter your password every time you send an email.
