Hello, @Divrem. I’d be glad to assist you with your query about your employee’s garnishments in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
Beforehand, I’d suggest following the requirement of QuickBooks to submit payroll each Wednesday to get your customer’s paid on Friday.
Otherwise, if you want to submit your payroll and get your employees paid on Friday, you’ll want to apply for Same-day or Next-day direct deposit processing time. This way, your employees will be paid on time. Hence, this will be based on your direct deposit lead time.
If you need further assistance with this process, I’d recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support. This way, they’ll be able to pull up your account or have a screen share with you in a secure environment to guide you through this.
Here’s how to get in touch with them:
- Go to Help (?).
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk, and then choose a way to connect.
Please check our available hours when contacting our support to ensure that we address your concern promptly.
