You've come to the right place, @JimL23378.
I have some information that will help you get to the bottom of this report issue. QuickBooks Online grants users access to reports based on their user permissions. Do you know if all of these users were given the same rights when they were added to the company?
You can verify this by editing their individual accesses with the instructions below:
Change a user's access rights
- From QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon (⚙) > Manage Users.
- Next to the user you'd like to check, select Edit. Click Change at the top.
- Verify or change their access to match those of the users with the proper report selections.
- Click Finish and then Save.

This information is also available in our awesome guide on User Management in QuickBooks Online. I also encourage you to check out our User Permissions comparison to determine which rights will be granted based on your changes.
Doing this will ensure all users have access to the same Management Reports. Be sure to let me know if there's anything else you need, I want to make sure you're taken care of. Thanks for reaching out, cheers to a productive and successful day.
