Good day. How do I add my accountant? I did for the self employed version, but can’t figure it out for this

Hi Roxy83. 

 

If you're looking to add your accountant to your QuickBooks Online account, look no further, I'm here to help. 

 

Follow these few steps once you've signed into your account:

  • Click the Gear icon in the top right corner of the screen
  • Hit Manage Users
  • Click the Add User button
  • Click Company admin
  • Make sure the box that says "This user is my accountant" is checked. 
  • Fill out there personal data
  • Click Save/Done

Once these steps are complete, your accountant is added to your profile.
