Good morning I have a question about 2 ACH that have not posted to my bank account I need to know if there is an issue on my customers end or is it still being processed?

Hi there, ashvillesjeffof. 

 

Thank you for posting here in the Community this morning. I'm more than happy to shed some light on this for you. If you submitted the amounts yesterday November 11th or the day prior, after 5pm PST you should take into account that November 11th is a nationally recognized banking holiday. What this means is that anything posted in that time frame mentioned will process the next normal business day.

 

I have some additional information that would be really beneficial for you to check out as well, it highlights federal holidays and their affect on banking and direct deposit.
