Welcome back to the Community, @kishon. Viewing your previous year's data depends on when you canceled your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account last 2019. With this, I'll provide the two options regarding it.
We store your company data for one year after the cancelation date. Yes, you can access last year's info if you resubscribed the account yesterday within that period. For more details, check out this article: Reactivating Account. Just go to the Will my data still be available? section under FAQs.
I'd suggest signing in to your QBO account using your existing Intuit login credentials. This way, you can view your expenses and payments last 2019. Then, pick up where you left off from there.
However, if you reactivated the account yesterday beyond 365 days, you won't have access to your previous data. I recommend manually entering those transactions in the program. Doing so will help you ensure your books are intact and accurate for last year. Just go to + New from the left menu to complete this task.
